Wikis could be very useful especially where is there a group of people trying to organise an event for example. We are already showing its uses by putting the staff meeting agenda up for staff to add anything they would like raised. In term of reseachers using it perhaps it leads to "blue sky" thinking as everyone contributes new ideas.
